Before Int’n had a name, there was a search.
It began with a desire to learn, to explore, and to reach beyond what was already known.
For years, that search looked outward — toward places where knowledge was pursued, ideas were exchanged, and discovery was part of life.
I wanted to reach those places.
I could not.
But the search remained.
Years later, I came to understand that what I had been looking for was not simply a university, a country, or a place to study.
I was looking for an environment in which exploration could continue.
Perhaps Int’n did not begin when it was named.
Perhaps the Institution began with the search itself.
The exploration continues.
